Add Tasks to Notion From Your iPhone Screen
This Shortcut allows you to quickly add new tasks into a database in Notion using the Notion API.

The shortcut lets you choose a task title and due date but you can define more properties to be added. All new tasks will have status set to not started by default and yourself as an assignee.
This is an example of how the task database can look:
Task | Type | Progress | Due |
|---|---|---|---|
Private | Not started | January 29, 2026 | |
Business | In progress | January 7, 2026 | |
Business | Done | January 2, 2026 |
